چکیده
Weed vegetation analysis is very necessary in controlling weeds kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus L.) plantations because can compete taking nutrients, water, sunlight, air, and growing space. A study on the of weed was carried out March 2022 Dlimas Village, Ceper District, Klaten Regency, Central Java. This aims to obtain diversity species structures which include species, density, frequency, dominance as basis for proper, effective, efficient control. The research conducted by random sampling technique using square method 0.5 m x plot size with 3 replications. Furthermore, sample plots were taken identified plantnet software be matched references. results showed that there 8 grass weeds, tekian 6 broadleaf weeds. Weeds found dominated species. three dominant Lindernia dubia L. Pennel (SDR 25,80 %), Eleusine indica Gaertn 8,90 Phyllanthus urinaria 7,90 %).

Effects of Acetylation on the Dimensional Stability and Decay Resistance of Kenaf ( Hibiscus cannabinus L. ) Fiberboard
The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of the acetylation treated kenaf fiber, Phenol-formaldehyde resin content level, and three fungi species on the dimensional stability and decay resistance of high density non-wood composition boards. A standard ASTM method was used to evaluate weight loss and thickness change. The linear shrinkage and expansion of each species were al...
متن کاملCharacterization of Developmental- and Stress-Mediated Expression of Cinnamoyl-CoA Reductase in Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus L.)
Cinnamoyl-CoA reductase (CCR) is an important enzyme for lignin biosynthesis as it catalyzes the first specific committed step in monolignol biosynthesis. We have cloned a full length coding sequence of CCR from kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus L.), which contains a 1,020-bp open reading frame (ORF), encoding 339 amino acids of 37.37 kDa, with an isoelectric point (pI) of 6.27 (JX524276, HcCCR2). BLA...
متن کاملOptimized Pretreatment of Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus) Phloem Insulation Cotton
Using response surface methodology, the pretreatment conditions of kenaf fibers were optimized to improve the tensile strength of kenaf phloem insulation cotton (KPIC). The effects and interactions of three parameters—sodium hydroxide concentration (X1), soaking time (X2), and beating time (X3)—on the tensile strength of the kenaf fibers were investigated. The Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) ...
متن کاملReference genes selection for transcript normalization in kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus L.) under salinity and drought stress.
Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus) is an economic and ecological fiber crop but suffers severe losses in fiber yield and quality under the stressful conditions of excess salinity and drought. To explore the mechanisms by which kenaf responds to excess salinity and drought, gene expression was performed at the transcriptomic level using RNA-seq. Thus, it is crucial to have a suitable set of reference g...
متن کاملGenetic Control of Fiber Yield and Quality in Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus L.)
The study was conducted to investigate the ge-netic basis of kenaf fiber yield and quality In two sets of generations derived from 1X51 x Gha-na07 and Gregg x Ghana07 crosses. Analysis of generation means using weighted least squares procedure was performed on stalk dry weight, bast percentage, days to flowering, plant height, and basal stalk diameter . Analysis of generation means revealed tha...
